Referral partners received quarterly market intelligence reports they could share with their own networks. Within 90 days, their email program generated 14 qualified consultation requests - 8 from past clients they had lost touch with and 6 from warm prospects who had been silently reading their content for months. Average open rate across segments: 38%. Click rate: 4.2%. The difference was not better writing or prettier templates.
